Appointments requested through the website, email or Facebook will be responded to between 9am and 6pm only.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in and ready yourself for a suitably deserved treament.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
We do get very busy and hope you do not have to cancel; however, we understand that plans change. If you do need to cancel, please contact us at least 4 working hours in advance. Reservations cancelled with less than 4 working hours notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Full charge will be imposed for any 'no show' appointments. If you simply need to change your reservation to another time, please contact us at least 2 hours beforehand so we can accomodate you and other guests. Thank you for your understanding...
